昨日は、中学生と高校生が下級生のクラスにやってきて、講師のサポートをしてくれ、理解度チェックや質問に答えてくれました。上級生は、自分たちも小学生のころはフォニックスに苦労したときもあったよ！と、下級生を優しくやる気の出る様に励ましていました。上級生たちは、今では得意になる事が出来てるから、たくさん練習してきた！からみんなも頑張って！と、声をかけてくれました。このように上級生が下級生の模範となってくれたことで、上級生と下級生の間に良い関係が生まれました。上級生が後輩の面倒を見る姿は、とてもうれしく誇らしかったです。この関係がずっとずっと受け継がれていける様しっかり共に学べる場っくりを作っていきたいです。
勉強に来ていた高1男子も、高2男子に教えてもらっていてこれまた素敵❤️
Yesterday, junior high and high school students came to the young learner's class and assisted in checking their performance and answered their questions. The senior students encouraged the young learners as they too have had trouble in phonics when they were in elementary school. But now, they are good at it and they have trained a lot for it. They served as role models for the young learners and this has also fostered good relationship between the junior and senior students. I was very happy and proud of how the senior students looked after the younger students. I hope this can encourage the current young learners to work hard and be good role models for the future young learners.」
