講師のためのスキルアップ勉強会、今月も無事に終了。熱い愛情たっぷりの情熱的な先生たちが、生徒一人ひとりに寄り添える為に自分のティーティングスキルを上げ、学び、探求し、ブラッシュアップしていく勉強会を毎月行っている。一人では気づけないこともみんなでシェアーし、学び合うことで新たな発見がある。お互いのゴールや考えを尊重し合いながら共に成長できる場があり幸せです。もちろん学んだことは、生徒たちに還元します❤️ めぐ先生、りかこ先生今月もありがとうございました！！
We had our monthly teachers brush up on your English study session at ELS21. All the teachers were enthusiastic, passionate, and very informative to study together. We are always willing to share our wisdom, different tutorial methods and abilities so that we can do our best to teach students in the most efficient way possible.
Luckily, we learnt new ideas and wonderful teaching techniques!
