今日歯医者で前歯を二本抜いてきました。（正確には、治療のために前歯の被せを外しました。）治療中ずっと怖くて力が入って何だかとっても疲れました。
ところで、「歯を抜く」って英語で何て言うんだろう？？
I pulled my teeth out. 日本語にすると、「私は、歯を抜いた！！」何となくあっている様な気がしますが・・・・
これだと自分で自分歯を抜いた！と、いうことになります。
歯は自分で抜くのではなく、歯医者さんによって抜かれますよね。。。
なので使役動詞の"have"を用いて、S have O 過去分詞で、「SはOを～してもらう」というように表すことができます。
" I had two front teeth pulled out at the dentist."
"get"を使って、"I got my two front teeth out at the dentist." と、言うこともできますよ。
英語って難しいですよね。
でもこれ、とっても大切なことなのでしっかり覚えてしまって下さいね。
