白井先生をELS21にお招きしてセミナーを行いました。「現状、必要な力、対策」を体験しながら学ぶ事ができました。 ２時間という時間は「あっ」っと言う間に終わってしまいました。 「必要な情報」や「大切な情報」は個々に違ったと思いますがそれぞれ準備して行かなければならない事に気付きがあったのではないでしょうか？ 先生の話し方は凄く聞き易く声のトーンもいい感じで、すーっ！とお話が入ってきました。 皆様にセミナーの感想を聞いていますのでそれをまとめ参加者の方にシェアーしたい！と、思います。 忘れないように、又何をしていかなければいけないか覚えておく為に・・・
そこでエミが包丁の特徴・包丁の品質・切れ味・素材について説明してくれました。（エミはJIKKOの包丁の仕事もしていて最近プロって来ています。楽しくて仕方がない！包丁が大好き！と話していました。
白井先生は熱心にエミの説明を聞いて沢山質問されていました。きっとずーっと学び続けていかれる人なんだろうなぁと感じました。
先生は結局１０時前迄おられました。 その後ELS21講師のみで晩ご飯を食べるのも忘れ夜中の１２時まで今後の対策を練りまくりました。
月曜日から実践していくぞ！ まだまだ受験の為に塾へ行く！ 受験の為に英語の勉強をする傾向は強い。でもELS21に通わせてくれている保護者は受験の為ではなく、その先（子供達の豊かな将来の為に）を見据えて通わせてくれているのだと実感出来た一日となりなんだか嬉しくなりました。 私達が提案する事に賛同して下さる保護者にも本当に感謝。お子様の未来を真剣に考えて下さっている事がよくわかりました。 だから何時間も月曜日からどうしていこうか？をNON-STOPで話続けられたのだと思います。 白井先生の講義を聞いて今迄して来たレッスンが決して無駄ではなくまさにこれから求められている力なのだ！と実感出来ますます私達ELS21講師３名燃えています。 白井先生ありがとうございました。
We had a large seminar for ELS21 students and their parents. We learnt some valuable information about exam questions from our presenter Mr. Shirai. I think each person has a different view of what is important for them and what information they needed. The seminar was for 2 hours but felt shorter. He was very open and had an easy going tone. He gave us many new ideas about the current and future situation. It was easy to follow his points. I am sure everyone got some ideas on how to prepare for their future exams. I have asked everyone who attended the seminar yesterday to give me feedback. I can then summarise everyone's comments and opinions as a helpful reminder. After the seminar we went back to our school and had a quick feedback session. Then we took Mr Shirai to Jikko's showroom. Emi introduced our range of knives and explained the differences of material and quality. He was keen to understand Emi's explanation. Then we had a meeting with just ELS21 teachers until midnight and forgot to have dinner. We were talking and talking and just forget. We were inspired with lots of new ideas for our student. Thank you Mr Shirai for visiting ELS21 and giving us a wonderful presentation.
